Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect a platform (self-service)
In the app, go to Settings → Integrations and disconnect the relevant platform (Google, Meta or Shopify). Disconnecting revokes our access token and stops further data import for that platform.
Request full deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email copilot@loveads.ro from the address on your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please include the organization or store name so we can locate your records.
What we delete
- Your account and profile data.
- Stored platform access tokens (Google, Meta, Shopify).
- Imported metrics, change history, products, decisions, reviews and learnings tied to your account.
We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. We may retain a minimal record where required by law (e.g. for accounting), in which case it is access-restricted and not used for any other purpose.
Meta / Facebook data
If you connected a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads account, you can remove our app at any time from your Meta Business Settings → Apps or your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, which revokes our access. To also delete data we already imported, use the email request above.
